From the first call to the final result today I have been so impressed. The garage is always busy but the service and care throughout has been exemplary ."handsome" Dom suggested a replacement stereo suitable for my car and it has been fitted today. Had my car diagnosed for battery warning light coming on, these guys know their stuff and repaired it at a fair price. Very friendly staff and one or two ’characters’. Would recommend without hesitation. If you have to leave your car with them then they’re just five minutes or so walk from the Mersey rail network.Thursday 2nd May 2024
Paul Wirral5 StarBooked my car in for a diagnostic test as I've had an ongoing electrical problem that hasn't been found. Dealt with James on arrival and he took my car in. Within an hour they phoned me telling me they had found the problem. Called back to pick my car up and Mike gave me great advice and I felt no pressure to have them do the work bit so glad they had found out the problem. Norbert Kun1 StarI reserved an appointment, waiting for over a week. When I arrived on a Friday evening, they said they would start working on my car on Monday. Despite my warning not to engage the gears due to a transmission issue, they moved the car and neglected it, fearing the gearbox would lock. On Monday morning, they postponed the inspection to the afternoon. When I returned in the afternoon, they claimed they had no time, rescheduling for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning, they became agitated, asking why I kept coming and told me to wait my turn. They lied continuously, lacked helpfulness, and were entirely unkind. On Wednesday, the head mechanic asked why I didn't call and why my mechanic didn't contact him to explain the problem. Despite promising to diagnose the car on the street, they feared moving it into the garage. I suggest avoiding this place; dishonest people unable to speak the truth! I lost over 2 weeks because of them.Tuesday 30th January 2024
